NATIONAL CENTER DESIGNATION ## National Children’s Medical Center. Shanghai Children’s Medical Center (SCMC) received its National Children’s Medical Center designation in 2017. It is one of the joint institutions of the Shanghai center, alongside Children’s Hospital of Fudan University.
